Our three step process starts with immediately contacting all the potential buyers we know who might be interested in the property, even before the main marketing campaign. We compile their responses and the results of a marketing campaign and sort them from most likely to least likely then contact them each week with a two-way flow of information, from potential buyer to the owner, and to the buyer from the owner through us. We supply documentation, due diligence disclosures and draft contracts to the potential buyers who are approaching the point of purchase. We presently are experiencing around 84 inquiries and about 5 offers for every property we put on the market.
