Often when we are meeting to talk with an owner we already know the property well. Either we've handled one of its previous sales, or sold something adjoining or nearby. In this case the owner usually would like to come into our office to catch up with us and other people in our office they know and have worked with before. If it's more convenient or useful to meet on site of course we're just as happy to do that as well.
